I wrote this after coming back from a particularly rough year at Burning Man (my "real job", or at least the closest thing I have to one) for a friend of mine who in particular had really gotten drained, but its for everyone who needs it as well.

Don't underestimate how much the last couple years has taken from us all. There's still plenty of you left, steer back to the version of yourself that hadn't taken so many hits. You have a network of friends that believe in you, and if no one else does - I DO.
